Paul was very easy to work with and frequently amended our design as our ideas changed and was instrumental in getting our plans passed in good time and subsequently building regs approval were secured.

Had a brilliant service from Paul Guildford. Met the builder and myself the day before lock down (was arranged later!) managing to get the planning in. he dealt with planning office queries etc. also did the building reg plans and submission. everything felt it went smoothly.
